is to insure report consistency as well as understanding our customer’s
requirements. We are able to deliver this continuity by assigning a Senior
Technical Manager to each of our customers. Each client can be guaranteed
that his Senior Technical Manager reviews all reports and remains actively
involved with meeting the needs and requirements of the client as well as
the project due date(s) and status.

Reviewer
Each and every project completed
by Velocity is reviewed by a Senior Technical Manager with a minimum of
12 years experience in conducting environmental due diligence assessments
or property condition reports.
Velocity's QA/QC program is
designed to insure that every
project is rigorously reviewed
for technical and regulatory
accuracy, and to provide
the client with concise,
comprehensible information.
Client Team
A designated team of inspectors
and one Senior Manager are assigned to inspect, prepare and review portfolios
to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Report
Format
To insure consistency and accuracy
Velocity will prepare the report to the client's desired report format and
follow the client's scope of work requirements. If the client does not have
a report format, Velocity's report format and protocol is easily customized
to suit the client's specific needs.
ASTM Standard
Each Phase I ESA report is conducted in accordance with the American Standard
for Testing Materials (ASTM) E 1527-97 and the client's scope of work requirements.
Each Property Condition Report is conducted in accordance with ASTM E 2018-99
and the client's scope of work.
